An entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, exploring new insights each day as my passion for my people drives me to take small constructive steps and combine them together to make a BIG impact on society.
I'm privileged to have worked with companies like ICICI Lombard, Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company, and Reliance General Insurance. I have built a unique career graph for myself with diverse assignments across Operations, Service Distribution, Marketing, Analytics, and Corporate Strategy, adept at handling length and depth. I led a task force to generate business across 10 states by building a co-dependent environment among the ecosystem. I also have experience in managing startup operations and handling the transition to a larger 'steady state'.
I started Agency Bazaar in 2020 with an aim to guide insurance advisors/agents to increase their sales by adapting to the digital mediums and to help people cover the 3 highest risks in life - Death, Disease, and Disability. Agency Bazaar’s specialization is in Term Insurance, Individual Personal Accident and Health Insurance products where we have achieved tremendous success over the years.
